  1. This doesn’t happen too often in today’s world. I received the deployment bag as expected. Great shape for being a used bag. I went to check the retractable handle and it was missing. I notified the seller who didn’t realize it wasn’t there, and they shipped out what I thought was another handle. They actually sent me another deployment bag, and it is nicer than the first one. I contacted them about returning the other bag, and they said keep both. I will be doing more business with them again.

  2. Overall a great shopping experience. I ordered two rucksacks and they arrived pretty quickly. Unfortunately, one of them arrived slightly damaged. BUT when I reached out to the seller they were incredibly helpful and got the situation handled incredibly fast. The quality of the undamaged rucksack was great! It did appear used, exactly as described in the listing, but was in great working condition.
