Item Description: This is a vintage Chinese "Ruyi" or lock-shaped pendant. It features a traditional Cloisonné design with hand-applied brass wires and kiln-fired enamel. Design & Symbolism: Center: Features a stylized "Shou" (Longevity) character. Accents: Two bats (symbols of good fortune) are featured on either side of the character. Colors: The main background is a matte salmon/peach color. The outer trim is a deep cobalt blue. The bats are detailed with dark red and green. Materials & Condition: Base Metal: The pendant is made on a weighted brass base (confirmed by metal testing). Enamel: The enamel surface is smooth and in good vintage condition. Patina: The exposed brass wires and edges show a natural, aged patina. Tassel: Includes the original blue silk tassel and hand-tied decorative knot. Approximate Dimensions: 1 1/2" x 2" x 1/4" 0.6 oz
