A collection of classic French postage and fiscal stamps from the first half of the 20th century. Most of them are definitive issues, which were used in large numbers, including special overprints for specific purposes. - "The Sower" (Semeuse): This is one of France's most famous series. Pre-bletted stamps: The stamps (for example, the lilac 45c and orange 3c) have an arched overprint "AFFRANCHts POSTES." These are called "pre-bletted"-they were sold in bulk to organizations for mass mailings so that the post office wouldn't have to cancel each letter individually. - Military Franchise (F.M.): A red stamp value 10c, overprinted "F.M.", was intended for free mailing of letters by military personnel (Franchise Militaire). - Gallic Rooster: The two stamps (0.30 and 0.25) depicting a rooster are from the definitive issue of the 1960s. - Blanc: The orange 3c stamp in the top row with allegorical figures is of the Blanc type issued in the early 1900s. - Blanc: The orange 3¢ stamp with allegorical images is of the Blanc type issued in the early 1900s. - Ceres: Four small stamps, each with a denomination of "2 centime," depict the goddess Ceres. I have some 35 vintage watches, and this Slava has become a new favorite. It was shipped quickly, packing was secure, and it actually looked *better* in reality than the photos. As described, plus good value for a primo item of vintage era such as this. It's from the 70s, so isn't really old old, but it certainly has quality. I always "need" more cool watches, plan to buy from this seller again. Oh, and the customer service is excellent; the hand-written note that came with/ it is on the fridge
The record came in immaculately packaged and true to description. The shipping was very fast which surprised me and there was a handwritten post-card in the package that served as an intro and a thank you note. Definitely using this seller's services again. Price was great considering the near mint condition of the medium. Overall an amazing experience.
The record was in very good condition and had a nice new jacket on it. Also came with a nice note on a card and a little pin ☺️ it was a very nice touch.
