Communication could have and probably should have been better..took almost 48 hrs to respond to my email requesting information...other than that, once item was shipped it arrived quickly ....item is exactly as described and works well...overall I am satisfied..
They didn't have exactly what I ordered, so they offered a replacement (winder and scissors), or a refund. I got the replacement and it arrived quickly, and as described. Well packaged. I am very happy with my purchase.
