  1. Well..when these bulbs arrived, they turned out to be 18 watt instead of 23 watt. The seller sent me another order which turned out to be 18 watt again. He sent me a return label which I returned the shipment. Now I am informed he refunded my money. I am happy with his diligence and his willingness to make it right.
