These supplies emailed me a few weeks after placing my initial order letting me know my package still did not have a tracking number after being shipped. They QUICKLY sent me a new package that arrived 3 days after my email! They were super nice, helpful, and polite! This was a christmas gift so I was thankful the packaging was discret. ! I don't know for sure but I have reason to believe the business I ordered the merchindise from uses a drop shipping business model. I could'nt figure what was going on. I ordered from ebay but recieved item in Amazon packaging.but paid three times what I could have gotten it for on Amazon.
I just found my shoes. They were delivered Monday to our business that was closed, and this is Saturday. If a business is closed, they should be delivered the next day. I'm sure the driver did not speak English either. I will not be buying from this company again.
