I was upset initially because I misread the listing, thinking I was purchasing a Zimmer frame. However, the seller refunded my costs when she realised I was unhappy with the zimmer ferrules when they arrived. She communicated well and was anxious to achieve customer satisfaction. As described, pleased with item but let down a bit by courier (Yodel) who sent 3 emails on consecutive days saying it was out for delivery. eventually arrived 5 days late. Seller was not to blame. Thank You.
