Shipping was not expected as far as return. The jacket was not as expected regarding size. I returned the jacket and it cost me $23.27 to do the return. I was only refunded a partial payment for the return. I don’t believe it was the seller’s mistake! I believe it was EBay responsibility. This is the second time I’ve been disappointed by EBay.
