Alternatively you can dip cutter in water instead of cornflour. Press the cutter down firmly and slightly wiggle around to remove any "feet" from the clay. Hand wash only in cold or lukewarm soapy water (no dishwasher as hot water will soften the plastic and deform the shape). Clean small areas gently with a small soft brush.
