delivery was extremely fast. and they actually sent 50 % of what I Ordered!easy misunderstanding but if you guys could check what I ordered, you'll no doubt notice i ordered 2 kits and only 1 was shipped to me. the box was impossible to miss and contained enough volume to literally stuff 500 of these carb kit in the box. thanks for the laugh, good one. anyway its been a pleasure working with this company, very interesting company,I'm sure I'll be receiving my 2nd carb kit soon Thanks Dave
Overall good value for the item and free shipping is a plus. Item was new as described and the exchange process was smooth as I’ve received the replacement in a timely manner. Good communication with the seller. Placed another order for one but apparently it got lost between the label being created and it being received by FedEx as I got a notification with a tracking number and everything so not sure what happened there. Tired to reorder and they had no more so that was a bummer.
SBS 778HS arrived quickly, well packaged, and at a fair price. As an aside, I requested additional tracking information due to a mixed shipment. I read the sellers negative feedback while I waited for a reply. The very next day I received a detailed reply from the seller with all tracking numbers, a pardon for the mixed shipments, and a thanks for the business. The pads arrived that day. I for one am very pleased with the service I received. Maybe don't believe all the negatives.
