Seller stated in a message that thus was a new OEM cover. After receiving it item, it was obvious that it was not new. It was dirty and there were obvious signs that it had been used. The most glaring sign of being used were the witness marks around the bolt holes. Hopefully the cover works as it should as I haven't had the time to install and test it.
