Samantha appears to date to the later Pleasant Company-marked Mattel production era, likely around 2008. She retains the softer Pleasant Company-style facial features collectors often seek, while also displaying the alpha-numeric neck stamp coding Mattel used throughout the 2000s. Samantha’s hair is absolutely gorgeous — silky, smooth, and frizz free. Her sleep eyes work properly, her limbs are tight, and she stands well on her own. The vinyl and cloth body are clean and free from stains or odors. Included original Samantha meet outfit pieces: Plaid dress Black tights White bloomers Black shoes All clothing pieces are clean and stain free. Velcro closures at the back of the dress and sleeve cuffs are working properly. The only replacement item is the red ribbon in her hair, which is generic.
