I contacted the seller immediately but I wasn’t prepared for how friendly, prompt, helpful, apologetic and proactive they were. My issue was resolved the same evening (refund included) with very little effort on my part. I expected to be upset for a while but I find myself accepting that things happen and am more than willing to do business with them again.
