Upon packing, they reached out to inform me one had been broken and wanted to make sure I still wanted the 4 remaining. We agreed on compensation for the broken figure. The package was wrapped in a box within a box; secure, and arrived in perfect condition. It is as described, and was a great price! Shipping charge was most likely less than seller paid.
