The item, which arrived very quickly, was packaged very securely. The boxed Jim Shore Star Nativity Ornament was placed in a plastic mailer, enclosed in a piece of a cardboard, and inserted into a bubble wrap-lined plastic mailer. The ornament is as described and photographed. The seller posted four clear pictures of the front and back of the ornament, as well as a picture of it with a ruler showing height and one that showed the rotational aspect. The ornament looks very nice.
