Parker made lapis blue pens in white on blue (this pen) and navy on blue. This pen has no cracks, names or clip wear. The white is white, not yellowed. Deep barrel imprint. The pen has been restored-- cleaned and a new sac installed. 14K Parker Duofold nib is medium. Pen was tested with water and it fills and writes. Please use arrow to see BOTH rows of photos.
