Kept me well informed on the progress of shipping my product, which helped because ebay's tracking info was terrible, (the date when the product was shipped out was after when I actually received it, which is impossible to do unless they went back in time). Package arrived early & in perfect condition. Bubble wrap envelope has a earring size jewelry box with earrings secure inside on a earring card with tag included.
