Received Charm not brand Pandora, quality not as good. I didn't want to risk putting it on my Pandora bracelet in case of a metal reaction as may affect warranty. The mask is great, quite sturdy with elastic on the back. I actually had a small problem with delivery (Evri's fault) but this seller was very helpful and did their best to help. Getting back to my messages and offering alternatives. Great seller. Thank you! Got it eventually! Lol.
