The item arrived in better condition than described, looking brand new and untouched. Item works perfectly, immediately connecting to my phone. All of the original accessories that come with the item were included. The packaging for the product was almost entirely untouched, with no tears and minimal wear. Fantastic value - at around 50% off compared to a new product, and 10-20% cheaper than other ebay sellers, easy buy! Outstanding customer service. Highly recommended seller. Thank you kindly!

Item arrived new in box as listed, and is in perfect condition for the low cost. Shipping was delayed due to circumstances outside sellers control, and their customer service was prompt with a reply when I messaged them to check in on shipping progress. The controller is perfect for use with my Fold 6 and was incredibly easy to pair and play with. Will definitely shop with these folks again down the road!

There was an issue with shipping due to current events (outside anyone’s control), though this was quickly resolved by the seller who quickly responded to my concerns.
