Item Description Rare Late 19th C STAFFORDSHIRE Bookends - English Bulls - A Pair Item Details Brown and white pottery Pug Dogs in Staffordshire style. These guys have very nice details and wonderful coloring. They stand on pedestals painted in a rich British green color and soft gold rope trim. Typical of Staffordshire they have a vent hole located in the rear. These are either old Staffordshire or a similar maker, they are unmarked. At that time the town of Staffordshire had many pottery makers and they are all considered Staffordshire pottery. Dimensions 7 h x 7 w x 3.5 d Condition Notes Excellent condition.
