Description

Pair Of Vintage RAF Master Aircrew Sleeve Badges 1950s. It came from the same source as several other items I am selling and I suspect all are linked to the same pilot, so he probably trained with 6 BTFS in US (closed early 1944), flew Dakotas with 575 Squadron (D day & Arnhem and disbanded 1945) and promoted to Master Aircrew post war (so NCO aircrew and then promoted to warrant officer late 1940s -early 50s) which would cover the Berlin Airlift period.
