There was a problem with the description. It appeared that the ties were 12.6 inches but in fact were only 6 inches. The seller offered several solutions. They ended up issuing a partial refund. This seller is fantastic and I strongly recommend them. I will definitely buy from them again.
The seller was wonderful to work with. The product I received was not as described, owing to a change in formulation at the manufacturer the seller wasn't aware of. Seller acknowledged the issue immediately and issued a refund promptly. I would definitely deal with this seller again.
