Leaving positive feedback because 1) item was packed well & arrived as described 2) seller did give partial refund when subsequent price dropped below org purchase price. 3) communication was quick However, there was a downside to this transaction -item listed as in-stock but ended up waiting nearly a month for them to get it from their distributer then ship it to me (bought June 29th, arrived around July 21). Auction said 12-15 days. Better clarity would have prevented lot of frustration

They were upfront about a short delay, and gave a clear estimated ship date, and followed up right on time once it shipped. The replacement arrived in perfect condition and exactly as described.   3. This seller is amazing. The appearance of the books I purchased are exactly as pictured. The quality is brand new and nothing was broken or bent when it arrived. The only issue I had was the wait time. However, the time it took them to actually ship the books was rather quick. They were very polite and answered my questions about the language the books are in and if they were lost in the mail. Shipping was my fault for not understanding processing times to ship to the US.
