UPDATE: measurements are 22 x 15 x 9, which would be considered carry-on. I measured slightly larger, as in 1/2 inch more, due to strict TSA carry-on rules. However, no guarantee is given that an enthusiastic agent will not flag the luggage for size . Sold as is. Orange hardside spinner in decent condition. Some travel blemishes on the outside, as shown in photos. Also, the inner lining shows wear but is still usable with some care. Good choice for a hard travel itinerary or as a loaner for a journeying companion.
