Item received swiftly, upon inspection when received, item had inclusions which weren't listed like cracks and colour transfer in the leather. Communication with the seller was professional, detailed and prompt. Was a good outcome in the end and keeping bag with partial refund. I had the item authenticated by a third party and was deemed authentic preloved item. Thank you and would buy from seller again.
I ended up returning the item due to being smaller than anticipated. Seller was very easy to work with, items was quickly shipped, packaged well and photos showed condition perfectly. would buy from them again. Ship cost was high, but seller worked to bundle with another item to assist with cost, which was much appreciated
