I received my item very quickly. It was described perfectly and the photos were very important to me. It was shipped in the original box which was packed in bubble wrap and covered in water proof plastic. It was labeled as fragile. It arrived in perfect condition. This item was very fragile and the seller handled it with extra care. It is beautiful and a wonderful addition to my collection. Thank you for providing a great experience in the sale.

Item described as new in box. Seller next time please place my purchase in a shipping box as the box came a long way to Long Island, New York and box got crushed in the shipping. Luckily, the item survived but not new anymore. Dept 56 makes quality items and are collector pieces.
