This is a handmade collar made from 100% cotton fabric. There is no webbing so this collar is lightweight and comfy on your cat(s) neck. The collar will slide adjust. It is made with high quality hardware including a breakaway buckle, zinc plated slip lock buckle, and a split-ring with a silver jingle bell. All collars are made to order in a smoke free home. Pattern placement will vary on each collar made. Hand wash, lay flat to dry. SIZING: ADULT COLLAR: 1/2” width and fits 7-11” neck size Returns are only accepted if there is a defect in the collar. Note that it is a breakaway collar meaning your cat or kitten can sometimes get them off easily if they scratch at the collar. This is not a defect in the buckle.
