I ordered the item in hopes of receiving a soy milk labubu. I was disappointed to receive a different color labubu than the one listed. I messaged the seller for options to get a refund, and they were open to giving me a full refund while letting me keep the one I received. The seller apologized for the error and was very insistent on ensuring that I had a satisfactory shopping experience. While I didn't get the labubu I wanted, I was pleasantly surprised by the seller's actions to fix the error
The products were in a waterproof package. Items received were just as listed in the posting and all items were included in the boxes. Shipping was fast. I am pleased with this purchase and I would use this vendor again in the future.
