Since forming in 2005, Nosound have built a reputation for emotionally rich, genre-defying music that blends ambient, post-rock & art rock influences. Their work has drawn comparisons to artists like Sigur Ros, Steven Wilson & Brian Eno, & earned a loyal following through albums such as 'Scintilla', 'Afterthoughts' & 'Allow Yourself'. Following the more electronic & alternative direction of 2018's 'Allow Yourself', 'To The Core' finds Nosound reconnecting with the heart of their earlier works - albums like 'Lightdark' & 'A Sense Of Loss' - while still embracing the focused songwriting & modern sensibility developed on records like 'Scintilla'. Nosound released their live album 'This Night (Live In Veruno)' in 2022 following several performances at major festivals & a creatively fertile period. Instead of rushing to produce a quick follow-up, Erra let the music of 'To The Core' evolve organically. Free from commercial pressures, the album is shaped by time, intention & instinct. The record was written & produced entirely by Erra, who returned to organic instrumentation including guitars, real drums, strings, synthesizers & piano, while maintaining the streamlined song structures of more recent releases. As Erra puts it, "I always prefer to play a song again because it was beautiful but too short, rather than wonder why it goes on for so long without saying anything new." When I purchase used items, they are as described, if not a grade better. Aways a quick turnaround after ordering, every item arrives promptly, professionally packaged. Many orders have free shipping, even for solitary item orders. I never needed a reason to communicate, as I've had no cause. Recommended.
Item arrived still wrapped as advertised but it must have taken some damage in transit since it arrived with a couple cracks and a small chunk of the frame of the case had completely detached. BUT the discs were still undamaged so I messaged the seller to tell them I was still going to keep the item I just wanted to let them know about the issue and they messaged me back and offered me 20% off the order to make up for the inconvenience. Great seller. Would purchase from them again.
The book was brand still plastic wrapped. Looks exactly like the picture for a reasonable price including shipping. In perfect condition. Shipping was slow and I was worried that I was scammed again. Seller did respond to my message after a day and explained the item would be shipped within a week. The item shipping and tracking was updated by the date they stated. Took about 2 weeks to receive item. I’m usually impressed when item is shipped and received within a week.
