While we had to return the item due to it not working when it arrived, it’s my belief that it was simply not handled with care during shipment that caused this issue. The seller advised me to go ahead and send it back and helped me in regards to processing the return request and how to ship it back. After communicating during and after, it sounds like the seller got it back in even worse condition than we had received it. This is def a shipping issue.
