The product was new in box, old stock. It's a risk to buy old technology and the seller sent us a watch that did not work. HOWEVER, they were great about diagnosing the problem and sending us a replacement immediately. The replacement booted right up and works great. They were speedy and took care of the situation. I received a Sonicare handle that wouldn't work. They sent me a second one free of charge and didn't require me to return the first one. The second one works fine. They are great to work with and we're very quick to respond to my concerns. I recommend them very highly.
