A very nice vintage body building book, in great condition for its age and very fast shipping that was packaged very protectively of the product. I love this book, as it is an old school method of body conditioning that was so logical and practical. The seller was very communicative and gave me updates on the status of the shipment. Bought the product for my daughter’s birthday, received a totally different item, contacted the seller and they said keep the item, and they did send the correct item for her birthday. The item wasn’t new, it was used, the foam in the box was damaged and there was no tag with the description on it, but otherwise it was fine.
