The item I received was different from the one pictured on the seller's site. After engaging in a bit of back and forth correspondence with the seller pointing out that I intentionally selected the one pictured, and not the one I was sent, which was identical to that offered on other sites and that I did not want, I was given a full refund. The seller responded in this dialogue promptly and conscientiously, and ultimately was fully accommodating. Apparently an unintentional misrepresentation.
This seller is the best, communication fast and reissued a new replacement remote right after I sent pictures of how it arrived damaged and replacement came fast, will do business with again 💯 %. Thank you so much for making it right. WORKS GREAT AND WAS ABLE TO PROGRAM EVERY CHANNEL SCAN WOULDN'T FIND..... 1 very happy customer...... 🙃👍👍
Delivery was slow, but the Remote Control itself arrived in perfect condition and works as advertised, so I can't really complain. Tracking information was non-existent and only showed the package leaving the source location. The "27 Sep - 1 Oct" delivery estimate turned out to be 2 Oct...
