The purchase went smoothly and the product was delivered in a reasonable period of time. When the ultrasonic transducer and the driver board were delivered the packaging was in good condition. Unfortunately, the driver board was damaged and did not work. I contacted the vendor and sent pictures of the damage. The vendor immediately replied. I asked for a replacement which they sent as soon as the Chinese New Year celebration was over. I would definitely buy from this vendor again.
I didn t know that ebay considered a neutral rating as a negative. The transaction went exactly as it should have gone . I do not have any negative comments. The description, communication and shipping was spot on. Neutral to me means that it went as planned.
