Seller is not concerned about the customer as I think she should be. I ordered 2 items from her. One I put through as an offer of free shipping. She claims I didn't do the offer correctly and it was already shipped. She was charging me the shipping cost. When I got it, it was packaged with the 2nd item I bought resulting in a lower postage fee for the seller. When the seller ecognized she did not need the 2 postage fees, in my opinion, she should have refunded the overcharge.
Finally received this sweat shirt after more than two weeks in the USPS system. Not the seller's fault. It is exactly as described and quite nice. Advice to other sellers... don't ship with USPS... they are a total disaster and very poorly managed. There are other options that are much more efficient. Thanks to this seller for delivering a quality product at a good price. Recommend this seller... A+.
