A Nov. 11 email stated tracking was available; daily check gave NO information re package thru Nov. 19. I should’ve requested a refund then. Item shipped & arrived Nov. 21 via UniUni. No explanation for the extra wait. The clasp was smaller than expected; the mechanism broke that same day. Based on the service & item I got, I can’t recommend seller/product.
