The ring is beautiful, but she mailed me the wrong size. Communication with her was very poor. It took her a month to respond to me. She did give me $50.00 to put toward resizing the ring to the correct size, but my request to her was minimal because I didn't ask for shipping fees. She did reply with an apology, and that was gratefully accepted. I am leaving positive feedback because the ring is very pretty, and she provided $50,000, which was greatly appreciated. Thank you. First, I received the wrong cuff but seller made it right after I sent him pictures of what i bought and what I received. It looks better on my wrist than I thought I would, I love how heavy it feels. I requested a refund for my postage and seller agreed. It was packaged very well
