Shipping was fast but I could tell by the box that it was an Amazon return as the original box was damaged and repackaged for shipping which is fine but when I opened the package it smelled like Febreze had been sprayed all over the item. I know this because I ordered a larger size of this same item for my other pet from Amazon and that one had no odor whatsoever. I could not use this item as my pet is allergic to Febreze. Not sure if the seller would/could have know this.

  2. I was initially scared about the item quality due to the advertisement photographs being stock images. However, the item is new as described! The packaging was sufficient as well. It was raining very hard when my order was delivered, and it was encased in two separate layers. The shipping came sooner than expected; all in all, I would buy from this seller again. Thank you!
