Item arrived on time and was packaged well. Unfortunately, something happened during shipping and the item arrived broken, at NO fault to the seller. She has been extremely gracious, apologetic and helpful. I had a refund within 24hrs. I am currently holding the item as she has filed a claim with the shipping company. The item was as described and clearly broke in transport. It's a lovely piece. I will look for another seller with the same item. If she had another I would buy from her again.
