While I did receive items in a very timely matter, they were not what I ordered. I reached out to the company immediately to say I got the wrong item and they replied within hours with how sorry they were and that I could return the wrong items to receive the correct ones. However, once I asked for them to supply a return label the replies are fewer and longer apart. While they did say they would issue a return label I'm still waiting. I got the items Monday it's Thursday still no label.
Nespresso is fine quality coffee and I was happy to find this assortment at a reasonable price. Coffee arrive quickly and packaged well enough so boxes were a little dented but coffee pods in perfect condition. Would certainly buy from this seller again!
Definitely authentic! Such a great price!! Shipping was insanely fast and each tube was wrapped with lots of thick bubble wrap! Perfect eBay experience in every way! I would absolutely recommend this trustworthy seller to others!
