So to begin with i think it's really rude not to respond to people's messages . When someone is interested in an item it's common courtesy to reply to their messages about the item. And then after paying a completely ridiculous amount for shipping $11 for that thin little thing it arrives and it's 100% polyester not blended fabric as listed so I sent a message letting you know if that again no reply. So I'm now waiting for my refund. I would say your customer service could use some help
