The shoes were exactly as expected and as advertised. The seller was quick to acknowledge the order and notify me of starting shipping. While there were failures in the shipping process (the shipping time was 7 days; there tracking information was not accurate and did not track until delivery), the seller was engaged and responsive. If this were not an urgent shipping need, my review would be 5 stars. But if you need it urgently, this shipping method will not work for you.
The merchandise arrived in new condition with no evidence of wear and in the proper Paul Smith box and packaging including package inserts and tags as you would expect if you bought new at any retail shop. It arrived within just a few days which is very much appreciated
