Item was essentially as described. Delivery was as promised. Several of the soft foam type seals were crushed / distorted. Not sure that they were unusable since I did not need them for the carb I was overhauling. Packaging did not appear to be the cause of the seal deformation. I'm reporting this for the vendor's benefit. Again, I do not know if the seals are unusable.
