I had ordered this book from another seller for my son s birthday, but the person I had ordered from did not follow through. I was without a present and a book for my son s birthday. I ordered from floridatopratedseller and received the book with 3 days. It came with a cut on the cover and they offered for me to send it back, but I settled for a discounted refund. The customer service was great and the purchase was legit helpful. I would recommend this seller to anyone. Thank you for the help!
There was a lot mix up due to courier cargo company requiring a 6 digit code for delivery. I requested that the package be delivered at my door. I didnt receive a 6 digit code. This caused a lot of confusion. Luckily, I have RING & was able to record the conversation. The seller wanted proof that I was not given the package because the courier marked it as delievered, but I never got it! So I had to prove to the seller. The seller was nice about it & issued a partial refund of $10.
Product was damage when I received it most likely from shipping or at least I would hope that's what it was from and they didn't send a damage item to me that was supposed to be "new". The return policy was smooth and easy and didn't cost me a dime. Communication wasn't good. I messaged and asked a question and never received a response. Package should have been a box with bobble wrap around the book in my opinion. Still giving a good review because shipping and return
