The item was ostensibly damaged during the shipping process, but I think before it actually left the warehouse. I was issued a refund and ordinarily it wouldn't be a problem these kind of things happen but I'd also ordered a 3/8" inside diameter hose of same type and the same seller asked me to cancel the sale without explaining why. I'm not sure what's going on, but not instilling confidence & incentive to make future purchases from the seller in the future, at this point.
