Hi thank you for delivery ☺️ good communication with seller would happily deal with again However amazon delivery driver delivered to wrong address only thanks to our usual postman spotting that it was delivered to a bungalow around the back from me postman noticed it sticking out of the letterbox and knowing nobody has lived there for 20 yrs took it out realised my address and delivered it back to me thank goodness so delivery driver needs to be more careful and read the correct address 🙄😤🙈.
The acetone arrived very quickly but I didn't receive any cotton wool pads like was put in the description. So I messaged them and was amazed how quickly they responded to me, apologising and offering me a choice of cotton wool (pass or balls) which I responded pads and they have sent me 50 cotton pads in the post for me straight away. The customer service was fantastic and they resolved my issue straight away.
