No issues with the seller. However, the items were drop shipped by Amazon and the freelance drivers they hired for the holidays don't have a clue what they are doing. I got a package meant for my neighbor and I found my package two days later in the yard between my house and the neighbor's house on the other side. It was like they didn't know where to deliver it so they just threw it in the yard. My next delivery from Amazon said delivered with a picture of my package on my neighbor's porch.
A+ for integrity. This order ended up getting refunded before shipping out due to broken inventory but I really appreciate that the seller was honest and contacted me to let me know they did not want to send me a broken item. They could have blamed it on the carrier and only offered a partial refund as some other sellers have tried to do. I will be back to this shop in the future.
This seller was so kind without calling me out for not paying attention! I thought I was buying 60 compasses, but the advertisement clearly stated that there were 30 compasses, & 30 nags with tags. Unfortunately, I only received 19 compasses, but, the seller instantly issued me a full refund. Thanks so much for your kindness!
