The wrong item was shipped, it did not match the description. After I placed my order, the belt was obviously purchased from amazon, looks like the seller ordered the wrong item and had it drop shipped to me. This transaction wasted my time and resources. In the future I will just go directly to amazon rather than waste time and money here. Seller refunded money satisfactorily.
This seller is awesome. I was told they were on back order and would be weeks before that would be in stock. After being asked if I wanted a refund, I stated I would wait till they come in stock. Just days later they arrived. I am sure they went above and beyond and purchased from another vendor and sent them to me.
Well, the welding hoses arrived very fast 23 hours and they were on my doorstep. Very nice hoses. They came packed in Amazon packaging and I actually went over to Amazon and found the exact hoses for half the price but that’s OK. I need them so I’m gonna keep them. Sold by Amazon shipped by Amazon
