I received the wrong item from this seller. I contacted them and received a reply very quickly that told me exactly what to do to get the correct item and receive a refund for the wrong item. Everything went very smoothly and I returned the boots and received the sneakers without any problems.
Both items failed upon receipt. Possible shipment damage. However seller sent replacements and made it right. Overall positive transaction. Would use this seller again.
