Machine was packaged securely & was new. Much cheaper than getting it from the actual site. Sturdy little machine and I love it. What I did not like was the shipping time. It arrived much later than was advertised in the listing. It was shipped Tuesday, the day after Memorial Day but I purchased this the Thursday morning and previous week before said day. So it still took another week to arrive. Literally almost 2 weeks. Not happy about that. Got what was advertised but shipping was horrendous.
Seller reached out to confirm address (never got any form of shipping confirmation), item arrived promptly after but from Amazon- not complaining as it was as described, came super fast and was exactly what I was after- just want to give other potential buyers a heads up incase your items come packaged from Amazon. Thanks again, will return!
Item was exactly as described. Pricing was fair and shipping was very quick. Seller confirmed my address with me before sending the item out, which I appreciated. I couldn't find this product anywhere and was super excited when I stumbled upon it on Ebay!! Will buy again from this seller.
